Chris and Jim have worked in the food service field for many years and have experienced providing fare for both large and small events. They have adopted the philosophy that, despite the expansion of their expertise and range, they will not allow themselves to become so large as to keep them from working with private and corporate clients for small, intimate events. Their vision is to be able to continue providing large-scale celebrations and still enable them to say, "Yes" to a long-time client for a child's first birthday party.
